1 year warranty for new licensed products; 3 months warranty for used, REF, etc.
Aruba:
Generally provide Limited Lifetime Warranty
PS: Limited Lifetime Warranty means the machine is damaged during normal use, datadirect can provide free warranty service. However, we cannot provide warranty for damage caused by human or violent factors.
If you need to apply for a product warranty, you need to send the defective product back to us (suzhou China). The shipping cost of the defective product and the shipping cost of the spare parts will be borne by datadirect.
The shipping cost for the return is: first receipt address to our warehouse. The shipping cost of the spare parts is from our warehouse to the first delivery address.
I want to buy a licence/service for a device, can I use it properly locally?
Fortinet, Meraki branded equipment licences purchased from us can be used globally, Cisco service needs to be confirmed by contacting us
