Software FOS Releases: Includes all generally available FOS releases offered for the specific products listed, when and if available, for as long as the original end user owns the product and the product has not reached the end of service life. Generally provide Limited Lifetime Warranty

PS: Limited Lifetime Warranty means the machine is damaged during normal use, datadirect can provide free warranty service. However, we cannot provide warranty for damage caused by human or violent factors.

If you need to apply for a product warranty, you need to send the defective product back to us (suzhou China). The shipping cost of the defective product and the shipping cost of the spare parts will be borne by datadirect.

The shipping cost for the return is: first receipt address to our warehouse. The shipping cost of the spare parts is from our warehouse to the first delivery address.
