1. Login to profile manager at the below URL
https://rpfa.cloudapps.cisco.com/rpfa/profile/profile_management.do
2. Click on Access tab and then click on “Services & Support” link
3. Enter either the Contract Number in the appropriate field.
4. Click on “Add Access” button
Once this is done the system will automatically check all entitlement criteria and if all criteria are met, the contract association will be processed immediately. Access will allow you to raise TAC / RMA cases and download software for products on the contract.
