[Lead time 1-3 days]


The website will take 1-3 days to prepare the goods after receiving the customer's order. Once the goods are prepared, we will deliver the goods to the courier service provider within one day, provided that the receiving information provided by the customer is complete.


Note that we will only process and ship orders on working days.

DateDirect Global works with couriers such as DHL, UPS, Fedex, and we usually choose DHL for delivery. The normal delivery time for shipments is 3-5 days, except for a small number of areas.


Note that this is only an estimated arrival date and delivery may be delayed due to heavy snow, rain, typhoons, tsunamis, covid-19, etc.

 DHL Standard Shipping Rates , the shipping cost shown after this option is the actual shipping cost calculated by DHL for the order.


 Ship via buyer's express account , which indicates that the customer has chosen to ship the goods using their own express account, which means that the shipping service is on a pay on delivery basis and is not free of postage! Please leave us a message with your express account number after payment.


 LICENSE no shipping required , this option means that the customer has purchased a licensed product, which does not require shipping and is usually sent by email as a PDF file.


 >Please contact us to confirm the postage , this option means that the total weight of the product purchased is greater than 50KG.


Please note that the shipping cost of an item is determined by a number of factors, such as the weight of the product, the city of delivery, distance, etc. The website will show the exact shipping price at checkout, if you have any questions about the shipping cost, please contact us.
