We offer Shipping Insurance for the orders to protect your package against any lost or damaged shipments. If any missing issue arises, we will reship your order immediately. So when you check out your order, you also can add Shipping Insurance for your order according to the total cost of your order.

All orders are shipped typically within 24hrs of receiving it if ordered goods in stock. Our shipping time is 9:00-18:00 GMT8 time From Monday to Saturday

In case of any missing items in the package, inform firstly to the courier man and then to us via a quick call/email. We will send replacement for you missing items shortly – there are no shipping charges for replacements in such case.
